At Arely’s Flowers Plants and Gifts, we are committed to providing the best quality products and great customer service but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy.
Fresh Flowers:
No Refunds -- As fresh flowers are perishable, we do not offer refunds. Once the flowers are delivered or picked up, no returns or refunds will be processed. This applies to in-store purchases and customized orders.
Gift Items:

Returns and Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with a gift item, you may return it within 5 days of purchase with receipt. The item must be in its original, unused condition and include all packaging.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom gift items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in the customization
Exceptions:
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges in cases of misuse or where the return policy is not adhered to. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, so please reach out if you have any concerns or questions.
